In the 1841 census Jonathan Biggs is 40 and a blacksmith in Windmill Lane. In 1851 and 1861 the entry is identical and in 1871 he is a smith, iron foundry, Windmill Lane.
There are no other Biggs in the website in the nineteenth century.
