Here is what we think is the only comprehensive record of pubs and beerhouses within the Coventry city boundaries going back as far as available records allow. ADDRESS MUCH PARK STREET

In the 1841 census there is a John Hewitt, 60, a weaver, and John Hewitt, 30, also a weaver, both living in Much Park Street.

In the website in the nineteenth century there are eight mentions of Hewitts, non of them John and none of the pubs in Much Park Street
