THIS BECAME FREEMASONS TAVERN
Until 1879 this was the FREEHOLD TAVERN, so the early history of this pub is found under that name. In 1879 the Freemasons was recorded as a Beerhouse. See BEERHOUSE at HARNALL LANE FREEHOLD, BEERHOUSE at FREEHOLD STREET 01 In c1991 the pub closed to become a Jalalabad Temple.
